Carol Whyte is a Fornethy Residential School abuse survivor.
In this frank, brave, and forthright interview, Carol speaks about her Fornethy experiences and the court case of December 2025. She also tells more of her life story, including the loss of her children to social services, and their eventual return.
Quiet, measured, and determined, Carol tells of her battle to survive abuse and regain control over her life. It is a life marred by memories she would rather forget.
Carol also talks of her experiences with the UK justice system. Far from helping her as an abuse survivor, the state instead rewarded her by taking her children.
